Following on from the news of the PS3 price cut to £249.99, the 360 prices are also being cut as a result of declining sales.

The Elite model will now be on sale for a reasonable £199.99 while the Arcade model will in fact increase in price to £159.99. The Pro model will be discontinued altogether.

The price cuts will take effect tomorrow - that's 28th August.
